Why is Mojang apparently immune to having a single title/purchase across the Xbox/PC ecosystem?

Plus any idea if this will be a manual cross save system like Dungeons had? Can we get some minor perks if we are in the Xbox family through pc and console and simply have it auto sync through Xbox live!

It’s becoming annoying that Mojang doesn’t seem to have to play but the same guidelines that other Xbox studios have.
